Welcome to DP Ecommerce. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our advertising management service, which includes monthly advertising campaign setup and optimization on the Yelp platform. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

DP Ecommerce provides professional advertising management services on behalf of clients who wish to advertise on Yelp. Our services include:

Setting up and managing Yelp Ads campaigns
Optimizing ad performance based on ongoing data analysis
Providing performance insights and customer support
Communicating with Yelp on your behalf when needed

3. Subscription and Billing

The service is offered as a monthly subscription for $99 per month, charged automatically every 30 days.
A 30-day free trial is available to all new subscribers. No charges will occur during this period unless the subscription continues after the trial ends.
All charges are processed via the payment method you provide at signup.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the billing information is accurate and up to date.

4. Free Trial Terms

Each new user is eligible for one 30-day free trial.
If the subscription is not canceled before the end of the trial, the system will begin billing automatically.
We do not provide reminders prior to trial expiration —please manage your subscription accordingly.

5. Cancelation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at academyhandymanhelp@gmail.com or through your customer dashboard.
Cancelation will apply to the next billing cycle. Your current subscription period will remain active until its scheduled end date.
Once a payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued.

6. Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds under the following circumstances:

For partially used billing periods
For services already performed
For failure to cancel before the next billing cycle

We strongly encourage all customers to take full advantage of the free trial period to assess the service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our services:

To promote illegal, fraudulent, or misleading products
To impersonate others or misrepresent your business
In any way that violates Yelp's own terms of use
To resell or sublicense our services without written permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service without refund if you violate this section.

8. Modifications to Terms and Service

We may update these Terms or modify the scope of our services at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via email or through your customer dashboard.

Changes to Pricing: If we change the subscription fee, you will receive at least 14 days' notice before your next billing date. You may cancel if you do not agree to the new fee.
Service Adjustments: Features may be added, modified, or discontinued at our discretion (for example, due to changes in Yelp’s system or policies).
Acceptance of Changes: Continued use of the service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DP Ecommerce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

You agree that your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to cancel your subscription.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
